Meditation Library – Coming Soon…
Many people find meditation challenging. The expectation that you must sit quietly in complete silence and stillness to achieve meditation is a misnomer.
Sutra 1.17 teaches us that to learn anything, whether it’s a new language, baking sourdough, knitting mittens, how to play the ukulele or proficiency at any craft, everyone has to progress through certain stages of understanding.
Using guided meditation is a tool that can support your goal of simply sitting and drawing focus inward – away from external sensory stimuli. Sitting in silence may or may not be an eventual objective in your practice.
Options to explore include music, guideded breathwork, yoga nidra and mantra – which all provide valuable benefits for your health.
